1. Audit Office Structure

Our company highly values the internal audit unit and personnel by granting them sufficient authority to effectively inspect and evaluate deficiencies in the internal control system and measure operational efficiency. This ensures the continuous and effective implementation of the internal control system, assists the Board of Directors and management in fulfilling their responsibilities, and strengthens corporate governance practices.

The Audit Office reports directly to the Board of Directors. It is headed by a Chief Auditor, whose appointment and dismissal must be approved by the Audit Committee and resolved by the Board of Directors. The appointment, performance evaluation, and remuneration of internal audit staff are proposed by the Chief Auditor and submitted to the Chairman for approval following the prescribed process.

2. Roles and Responsibilities of the Audit Office

1. Risk assessment and planning of internal control and audit systems for the company and its subsidiaries.
2. Supervising and assisting all departments and subsidiaries in establishing internal control systems.
3. Drafting and executing audit plans.
4. Preparing audit reports and tracking identified deficiencies.
5. Reviewing the self-assessments conducted by all departments and subsidiaries.
6. Executing project-based audits.
7. Performing other tasks required by relevant regulations.
