• (1) The Company and its 100% invested subsidiary (MELCO TECHNOREX CO., LTD.) own 100% of the shares of AX Fan Technology (Vietnam) Co., Ltd. 
• (2) The new amount of US$1 million (NT$32,031 thousand) was due to the fact that the old contract was about to expire and the board of directors convened in advance to approve the new contract, which resulted in the double-calculation of the amount, while the total amount of the endorsement and guarantee was still US$5 million in essence.
