Conflict minerals refer to six types of metal minerals—Tantalum (Ta), Tin (Sn), Tungsten (W), Gold (Au), Cobalt (Co), and Mica—mined in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) and surrounding regions. These minerals are often extracted under the control of non-governmental armed groups through forced labor and inhumane practices.
We support and comply with the Conflict-Free Sourcing Initiative (CFSI) and have established the following conflict mineral policies:
1. Require all suppliers and their supply chains to adhere to conflict-free mineral sourcing requirements.
2. Use the Conflict Minerals Reporting Template (CMRT) published by CFSI to survey suppliers and ensure no conflict minerals are used in our products.
3. Encourage suppliers and their supply chains to source from certified smelters and refiners listed under the Conflict-Free Smelter Program (CFSP).
▪︎ Comply with environmental, health, and safety (EHS) regulations and other requirements, ensuring continuous improvement to meet the company's established standards.
▪︎ Promote awareness and foster a collective understanding and participation among all employees to enhance independent EHS management capabilities.
▪︎ Reduce energy consumption and workplace injuries, minimizing EHS impacts.
▪︎ Implement and maintain an effective EHS management system to continuously improve EHS performance.
▪︎ Establish health consultation channels to promote employee well-being and reduce the impact of illnesses on employees.
▪︎ Ensure active participation and consultation with all employees.
▪︎ Mitigate risks effectively.
